Saddle Rock at Scotts Bluff National Monument
Most of these sites revolve around the Emigrant Trail, the grand trunk overland wagon route that was followed by those who traveled the California Trail, the Oregon Trail, the Mormon Pioneer Trail and the Pony Express Trail up the valleys of the Platte and North Platte Rivers.
