Wind Creek State Park is a 1,445-acre state park nestled in among the bays of 41,000-acre Lake Martin. With 626 developed campsites spread across 320 acres, Wind Creek State Park offers the largest number of developed campsites of any state park in the United States. 187 campsites are directly fronting on the lake, offering immediate access to the fishing, swimming and boating. Scattered through the campgrounds are bath houses with laundry facilities. All campsites offer water and electric hookups with picnic tables and barbecue grills. The park also has 16 campsites equipped for equestrian campers.

Wind Creek State Park also offers a camp store, marina, fishing pier, playground, hiking trails and picnic areas complete with shelters, tables and barbecue grills. The park also offers seven camping cabins, available year-round.

Day use hours: 7 am to sunset.
