National Wilderness Areas


Agassiz and Tamarac Wildernesses are located on National Wildlife Refuges (with the same names) while Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness runs along the US-Canada border in Superior National Forest. Boundary Waters is one of the most visited wilderness areas in the United States.
