Eagle Point Ski Resort opened for the first time in eight years on December 15, 2010. The resort is on the site of the former Elk Meadows Ski Resort. The new owners have reconditioned all the lifts and done extensive renovations to the two lodges.

Eagle Point Ski Resort also offers a fully accredited ski and snowboard school for kids and adults. The new terrain park offers 12 features, including an 18-foot halfpipe.

To get there: follow the Beaver Canyon Scenic Byway east from the Beaver city limits to the byway's end.
