Moonlight Basin is the first new destination ski resort in the US in the last 20 years. Super steep chutes, open bowls, glades, and long gentle groomers are what it's about at Moonlight Basin.

Moonlight Basin is 10 miles west of US Highway 191, 2 miles past Big Sky Resort, 45 miles south of Bozeman, Montana.

Update 2013: It looks like Moonlight Basin has been merged into Big Sky Resort.
